Sustainability, Technology and Engineering Partnership (STEP Engineering) is an engineering consultancy firm focused on providing design and supervision services covering Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP), Wet & Dry Infrastructure, Mission Critical (Data Centers, ICT, AV, Electronic Security) systems and Sustainable Engineering.

Having a versatile background in the consultancy and contracting fields, our team has delivered multiple Hospitality, Data Centers, Healthcare, Residential and Commercial projects within the GCC and across the MENA region.

STEP’s client-oriented approach has allowed it to build strategic alliances with customers, thus nurturing the growth of the company. In addition to design review and energy efficiency assessment, we are currently venturing into existing properties assessment, due diligence, and technical evaluation. This is currently covering Hotels and Large private properties.
